The Arco Reading Floor Lamp leans in like a good reading companion. Its arched neck curves up and over the arm of a sofa or reading chair, dropping light exactly where the page is instead of somewhere across the room. For readers, knitters, and puzzle-doers, it is the difference between squinting and settling in.
Product details
The arch is what sets it apart from ordinary standing lamps: overhead light without a ceiling fixture, and no table required. The weighted base parks beside your seat while the light itself hovers above your shoulder, mimicking the geometry of a pendant. When the reading is done, it doubles as sculptural ambient lighting for the whole corner.
Position the base slightly behind your seat so the shade lands over your shoulder, and route the cord along the wall to keep walkways clear. The base's weight keeps the arc stable, so lift rather than drag when repositioning. Dust the shade during bulb changes.
- Arched neck directs light overhead onto reading material
